It is 1978 in a typical comprehensive high school in the outer western suburbs of Sydney. James is trying to do well in his senior years but his mates are a major distraction. 

This is a story of two rival high school bands as the ‘New Wave’ hits Australia and the coming of age of a boy living in the shadow of a successful father.  It is a tale of students getting up to no good and playing with fireworks, with the sounds of the rock music of the day, both Australian and International, as a backdrop.

Jenny, a poor but happy girl, feels that she has a higher destiny. She doesn’t know it but she was illegally adopted out by her evil stepmother, Gloria, when she was a child and is now the rightful heiress to a fortune.

Jenny is struggling to write her first fairy tale novel when she has a chance meeting with famous novelist, David Bentley. She cuts the keys to his mansion and lives there while he is away in Australia. He finds out and returns, claiming to be David’s ‘Aussie’ twin brother. The fairy tale novel Jenny is writing unfolds at the same time as the reality of her life but will it have a happy ending? Not if her evil stepmother can help it!

Strange planet is the moon of peaceful Rhianon. It is called Strange Planet because it defies physics. It does not carry objects around with it. Were you to stand and jump upon it you would land several kilometers later.

An outpost of sixty diamond pods has been drilled into it by the Rhianese. An alien attack from rocky spaceships piloted by ravenous, amorphous aliens in search of human fuel is about to begin. One man and his crew must save the colony amongst the spinning mountains.

This script is for a television series. I think the title speaks for itself. Poofter Moth wears a ballet outfit with wings and complains all the time; his house mate, Bludger Fly, wears black and a hat full of segmented eyes. Poofter Moth fancies himself as a superhero and Bludger Fly has to pull him out of the dangerous situations he causes.
